Essential
(i) Qualification: 2 years full time Master’s Degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or MBA
from a recognized Institution with specialization in HR and minimum 60% marks either in graduation or post-graduation level.
ii) Experience: 15 years post qualification Executive experience in personnel management, industrial relations, human resource management, out of which 3 years in one stage below at E-5 level.
Desirable Qualification: Law Degree.
