Nature of Employment: Contract period: 2 years with renewable option.
Qualification: Chartered Account (Only certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants)
Place of posting: STCBL, Head Office, Phuentsholing, Bhutan (Shares Indian border of Jaigoan, West Bengal India)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years from reputed firm.
Salary and other fringe benefits:
• Annual Remuneration Package of 8 lakhs onwards.
• Basic (Rs. 45,000 p.m) onwards.
• Free Accommodation or fixed House Rent Allowances of Rs. 8,0000 p.m Telephone Allowance of Rs.1,500 p.m.
• 10% Performance based variable incentive. Yearly Bonus as approved by the board.
• Other benefits as per corporation rules.
Documents Required:
• All certificates and degrees along with transcripts (in English) from tenth standard to CA level.
• Experience certificates/s is/are a must from the Chartered firm and other past employers, if any.
• No Objection Certificate from the present employer.
• CA membership number for verification.
• Copy of valid Indian Passport and voter’s card.
• Minimum three references from persons who are associated with applicant professionally.
At least one of them has to be a partner in a recognized chartered firm including the one where the applicant is working presently. Interns may not apply for the post. However, fresh graduates may apply subject to renegotiation of the salary, post and fringe benefits.
