Directorate of NVBDCP is in process for intensifying the malaria control and kala-azar elimination activites at National level by hiring the services of consultants & support staff. The following positions are required at HQ, Delhi for strengthening World Bank Project (Malaria & Kala-azar). The posts are purely on contractual basis and further continuation shall depend on performance during the project period.
Consultant (Environment Salety) 1 Post
Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate degree in Environmental Science/ Life Sciences / Chemistry / Agriculture and should have 1 year experience in environmental management/ integrated pest
management.
Age: Below 65 years
Consultant (Financial Management Accounts, Budget) 2 Posts
Qualification & Experience: CA/MBA (Finance) And Minimum 2 years experience in accounting including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial software and reporting systems.
Age: Below 65 yearsConsultant (NGO/PPP) 1 Post
Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate degree in Anthropology / Sociology / Social Work / Mass Communication; preferably with Ph.D. with exposure to development work, advocacy and demonstrated
understanding of PPP management, communication, research. And 3 years experience in the field.Age: Below 65 years
Consultant : (Public Health) 1 Post
Qualification & Experience: MBBS with Post Graduate degree/diploma in Preventive social Medicine/Community Medicine/ CHA/ Public Health. And 3 years of experience in the area of specialization, of which preferably 1 year in public health programme.

Consultant (Monitoring & Evaluation) 1 Post
Qualification & Experience: MBBS with Post Graduate degree in Preventive Social Medicine/ Community Medicine/ CHA/ Public Health And 3 years of experience in the area of specialization, of which
preferably 1 year in public health programme OR MBBS with MPH/DPH with 3 years experience OR Post Graduate degree in Zoology /Life Sciences with 5 years experience in the field of vector borne disease control & health program.
Age: Below 65 yearsConsultant (Training) 1 Post
Qualification & Experience: In order of preference either of the below:
1. MBBS with Post Graduate degree / diploma (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE). And 1 year experience
preferably in training in health sector
2. Post Graduate degree in the field of Life Sciences with 3 years experience preferably in training in health sector components.
Section Coordinator 2 Posts
Qualification & Experience: Graduate with experience working as Office Superintendent or Section Officer to work as Section Coordinator to assist the officers and Consultants in day to day implementation of
project activities and should be expert in handling official correspondence independently with noting and drafting. Minimum 5 years experience in handling World Bank Project or similar type of project shall be given preference

Qualification & Experience: BCA/Graduate with 1 year Diploma in Software development. Should be expert in developing Software for Management Information System (MIS) & Web Designing. A minimum of 1 year experience is required in developing latest software & Web Designing

Qualification & Experience: Graduate from recognized University with shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m and typing speed of 30 w.p.m with computer knowledge on MS Office, Excel, Power Point and should have minimum 1-2 years experience in handling of official correspondence.

Qualification & Experience: Graduate from recognized University. Working knowledge of computers and should be able to work with software used in statistical analysis. Minimum 1-2 years experience in data
recording and data analysis.

The remuneration likely to be revised for SI. No. 7 to 10.
