*NISER has provision for advance increments maximum up to 5 to the selected candidates depending upon their post doctoral experience and quality of publications. Accordingly, the above initial basic pay may increase. Educational Qualification & Experience: A Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline from a reputed/recognized university or institute along with first class or minimum 60% of marks in Graduation and Post Graduation. Three years of postdoctoral/teaching experience preferably in a reputed university or institute with a minimum number of 3 high quality publications in refereed international journals or 5 high quality publications in national level refereed journals.
