Qualification: A Graduate - preferably Commerce or Science from AICTE approved Institute/recognized University with CA or MBA from a reputed Institute.
Experience: At least 10 years related experience in Housing Finance/Retail Banking and at least 5 years in Senior Management Position. Thorough knowledge of various regulatory provisions pertaining to RBI, NHB and role of Develop Financial Institutions in the area of Housing Finance like HUDCO and others and should have good liaison with various regulatory authorities. Hands on experience in raising resources through fixed Deposit, Bonds/debentures and Refinance from NHB/other DFIs. Experience with Public Relations, media relations, government relations and public speaking. Able to draft documents related to above independently
Compensation: Negotiable, at par with industry
