Engagement of Consultants and Technical Assistants
Consultants - 2 Posts
(i) Farm Machinery- No. of Positions- One
Remunaration: consolidated amount Rs. 35,000/- PM
Essential qualifications & experience:
a) M.Tech in Agric. Engineering with specialization in Farm Machinery.
b) At least 15 years of field experience in farm mechanization as evidenced by published work in journals of repute or (or ) 5 years experience in the rank of ADC in govt of India.
c) Analytical and presentation skills with ability to draft/develop proposals/reports
d) Ability to provide team leadership and motivation.
e) Very good communication skills (written and oral).
(ii) Plant Protection.-No. of Positions-One
Essential qualifications & experience:
a.) Ph.D. in Agric. Entomology/Plant Pathology.
b.) Atleast 15 years of field/ research and development experience in pest management as evidenced by published work in journals of repute or 5 years experience in the rank of ADC in govt of India.
c.) Analytical and presentation skills with ability to draft/develop proposals/reports
d.) Ability to provide team leadership and motivation.
e.) Very good communication skills (written and oral).
Technical Assistants - 3 posts
Remunaration: consolidated amount Rs. 15,000/- PM
Essential qualifications & experience:
• Masters degree in agronomy/soil science/agriculture extension/plant breeding with specialization in management of field crops.
• Knowledge of computer MS-package essential.
• Persons with experience of research and extension will be given preference.
