Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune, is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, for promotion of high quality science education and research in the country. The Institute invites applications for the following position from Indian nationals possessing excellent academic record and relevant work experience:
Post: Assistant Registrar (Stores and Purchase) – 1 post
Pay : Rs. 15600-39000 + GP Rs. 5,400
Age: 35 years.
Qualification and Experience: A Bachelors Degree with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent. grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale with Diploma / Degree in Materials Management or allied disciplines. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in the PB-2 (Rs. 9300-
34800) + Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- (pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 6500- 10500) preferably in Government organizations / Universities / Public
Sector Undertakings / Autonomous Research or Academic Institutions of national repute. Applicants shall have hands on experience of purchase, inventory and stock management. Knowledge of Government rules and guidelines on public procurement, import- export regulations. Candidates with relevant work experience at equivalent grades in reputed private sector organizations can also be considered.
