As part of our talent management initiative. SCL's Future Leaders Development Program grooms highly talented and effective Executives into Future CEOs for the wide spectrum of Financial Services offered by the Shriram Group. The chosen few will be provided intense training lor a year, including extensive exposure to our Business Verticals. On successful completion, this cadre of top-notch management professionals will be appointed Business Managers in any ol our Group Companies located across India. They will be expected to move up as General Managers in a short span of time. The best will eventually become CEOs.

Eligibility & Emoluments
Graduates / Engineers preferably with CA, MBA or other equivalent qualifications, with an excellent academic record. Work experience of at least 2 years essential and below 28 years of age.
Emoluments will be In the range of Rs.4-8 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and capabilities.
