Name of Post: General Manager (R&D)
Qualification: PhD in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
Minimum 60% marks or first-class in graduation as well as post-graduation.
Relaxable in case of exceptionally deserving candidates.
Experience: • Minimum 20 years of proven track record of research in some reputed petroleum / petrochemical company or R&D institution, working in the area of downstream petroleum or energy related industry. Post doctoral or doctoral research experience in a reputed international R&D institution or university will be preferred.
• Experience in planning and execution of R&D facilities which may include sophisticated laboratories and pilot plants for homogenous or heterogeneous catalyst and various Refinery related processes.
• Experience of modeling and simulation of refinery processes and some field experience in the execution in real life situations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in petroleum, petrochemicals and allied fields with high level of R&D achievements as evidenced by publications, patents and commercial applications of their findings.

Pay scale: 51300-73000 (CTC at min. of the scale-Approx. is Rs.22 lakhs PA)
