1. Manager/Sr.Manager Maintenance
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Education: Degree/Diploma (Mechanical)
Compensation: Best in the Industry
Job Description: Should be a self-starter and having hardcore experience in execution of project upto production stage. Material requisition and labour handling.Handling and execution of all site activities
 
2. Regional Plant Manager
Experience: 6-10 yrs
Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
Compensation: Best in the Industry
Job description: Responsibility of plant operation, execution of Ready Mix concrete.
Good quality production, checking of trial Mix and manage the plant staff.
Taking Charge of Men, Machines and Material in the ready mix concrete plant.
 
3. Civil Supervisor
Experience: 3 – 8 yrs
Education: Diploma / ITI (Civil)
Compensation: Best in the Industry
Job Description: Able to supervise works of concreting including checking/erecting centering and shuttering. Able to supervise earth work and earth work compaction and keep records of work done including test results.

4. Civil Engineer
Experience: 1 – 5 yrs
Education: Degree/Diploma (Civil)
Compensation: Best in the Industry
Job description: Conversant in execution & construction of Road bed formation work as per MORTH/RAILWAY standard. Conversant in execution and construction of bridge on open and large diameter bored piles.Conversant in and construction of bridge on well foundation.

5. Dy. Project Manager (Civil)
Experience: 8- 15 yrs
Education: Degree/Diploma (Civil)
Compensation: Best in the Industry
Job description: To organize and manage project works by controlling and guiding a team of Junior Project Manager,Sr Engineer, Engineer and Supervisors in executing and progressing work as per schedule.Must have quality of team leader.

6. Project Manager (Civil)
Experience: 15 yrs and above
Education: Degree/Diploma (Civil)
Compensation: Best in the Industry
Job Description: To organize and manage project works by controlling and guiding a team of Junior Project Manager,Sr Engineer, Engineer and Supervisors in executing and progressing work as per schedule.Must have quality of team leader.
