Age: 40 years
(i) B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institution
(II) Registered “A” grade nurse and midwife.
Experience: Eight years of experience after B.Sc. nursing out of which five years should have been spent in administration or teaching in a large Institution.
OR
(i) Matriculation or its equivalent qualification
(ii) Registered “A” grade Nurse and Midwife.
(iii) Certificate in nursing administration and / or teaching from a recognized Institution.
Experience: Fifteen years experience after acquiring all the qualifications mentioned above out of which 5 years should have been spent in administration or teaching in a large Institution
Desirable: M.Sc. Nursing.

Chandigarh payable at State Bank of India, Sector-12, Chandigarh, (Code No. 1524) as cost of application form and fee (non-refundable) etc.
