Architecture Services (E-1 to E-5): First class graduate in Architecture from recognized University/Institute with experience in computerized planning, and design of specialized large scale building and complexes including health care facilities.
Electrical Engineering Design (E-2 to E-3): First class graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with experience in electrical design of large multistoried buildings, Hospitals/Hotels etc for internal & external electrification, HT, MV, LT and substations & execution of the same, checking of working drawings, site supervision etc.
Human Resource Management & Legal (E-5): First class full time MBA (HR)/ Post graduate Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to MBA) of 2 years full time duration with specialization in HR with LLB Degree from a reputed recognized University/Institute
Structural Design Engineering (E-1 to E-3): First class graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with experience in design of multistoried RCC buildings, retaining walls, machine foundations and water containing structures in organizations handling large civil projects. Knowledge of IS Codes, structure software for space
frames, columns, foundations, design, STAAD & AUTOCAD is a must
Design of HVAC (E-2 to E-3): First class graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with experience in designing and execution of central HVAC works.
Estimation (E-1 to E-3) : First class graduate in civil engineering from a recognized University/Institute with membership of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors having experience in quantity survey, costing, estimation, preparation of take off sheets and specification, tender documents, analysis rates for large projects. Exposure of DSR, CPWD plinth area rates and specifications with MS office & Auto Cad knowledge required.
Public Health/Plumbing Services (E-1 to E-3): First class graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute, preferably with BE/ME in Environmental Engineering, with experience in planning, designing, preparation of BOQ and cost estimate for public health engineering works such as Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage, Sanitary & internal/external plumbing services of multistoried building.
Water/ Waste water treatment plant, Fire Fighting, Waste Management etc for Hospital, Institutional, Residential and other buildings.
Project Management & Site Supervision (E-1 to E-3): First class Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute 'with site experience. Candidates should have experience in all aspects of project management, including civil/ structural works, publishing and finalizing pre-qualification requirements as per norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, monitoring execution of site activities etc.
Facility Management Services (E-1 to E-3): First class graduate in Engineering with experience in facility management of multi-storeyed building, offices, industrial units with HVAC, Electrical high tension substation, pumping stations, sewerage plants and lifts. The candidates should be fully familiar with the drafting of maintenance contract with facilitators and Administrative Managers.
Finance & Accounts (E-0 to E-1): CA /ICWA/1st class full time MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute with relevant experience in areas of MIS, Internal Control System, finalization of balance sheet, co-ordination with auditors, taxation, banking,
tendering etc. Experience of working in a computerized environment is a must.
Draftsman (Civil) (On fixed tenure basis): Minimum 10th pass having at least 60% marks in ITI Trade Certificate. Candidates should have minimum 3-15 years relevant experience in Drafting in Civil/Architecture/PHE.
