1) Secondary Research Analyst – Junior/Senior (IT /Telecom) (3)
Role: Secondary Research
Number of positions: 3
Key Responsibilities: Research execution
Assist in identifying appropriate sources of information related to the research topic
Assist in the development of a systematic framework for searching for and gathering information related to the research topic
Review, comprehend, code the available information using the agreed upon framework
Generate summaries of the information generated in concise, well-organized, easy-to-understand format utilizing good English language skills
Analysis/reporting
Comprehend the information gathered and determine its relevance to the research objective
Process the information within agreed upon synthesis and coding frameworks
Develop report templates to meet the business objectives
Write first drafts of summaries and reports – with a focus on good compelling organization of information, clear and concise language that outlines key issues relevant to the research objectives
Project management
Participate in project process/scheduling and completing project timesheets accurately
Effectively and proactively communicate with internal clients, team members, to ensure successful project execution.
Requirement: Experience
Graduate degree in marketing research, business/marketing, library science, communication, or related field with 1-2 years of work experience (preferably on vendor side) with exposure to all aspects of the secondary research process.
Tools and Techniques
Expertise in online searches including experience with conducting business-related searches on various standard search engines like Google
Familiarity with public domain and syndicated document databases such as Nexis, Forrester, Datamonitor, etc with hands-on experience in developing summaries and reports from various secondary data source
Additional Skills
Experience in working with International/Multinational clients and/or US-based clients
Experience in working Telecom or IT sector is preferred

2) Assistant Manager / Manager – CATI Operations
Role: Manage CATI / face to face projects from end-to-end by: defining project scope, developing detailed project plans and milestones, managing and escalating project risks.
Set up and implement new and on-going projects. Provide timely status reports, project analysis and recommendations. Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet the client's requirements. Perform all other duties necessary for successful project completion.
Requirement:Graduate / Post Graduate with 3 - 5 years experience of project management in the market research or MR BPO industry.
Experience in a CATI center as a Team Leader / Team Manager is a must.
Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Strong project management skills, ability to drive and motivate self and others to desired results.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Solid know - how on online market research process.
Experience in handling international clients / projects.
Location: Mumbai, India.
Work Timings: Rotational Shits only, no regular shifts. The company deals majorly with international clients, hence the incumbent must be open to work in night shifts.
Willing to Travel within India (if required)
3) Senior Data Analyst/ Data Analyst (2)
Role: Senior Data Analyst / Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Comprehension:
Understand what types of analyses is appropriate for specific data elements or sets of data elements.
Understand the business / research question and accurately determine which data elements would be appropriate for inclusion in analysis and what type of analysis would be appropriate for addressing the business / research question.
Proactively propose analytical approaches to help address business/research questions.
Data Processing / Analytics:
Manipulate data using cross-tabulation programs, statistical packages, Microsoft Excel, and / or other database applications to produce appropriate and accurate analyses as required.
Work with cross-tabulation software to develop appropriate banners, filters, new variables, etc. to produce data tables that can provide answers to business / research objectives - by either using point-and-click interfaces or by writing programming logic.
Work with data in Microsoft Excel formats to conduct appropriate tabulation and statistical analysis, including pivot tables to address business / research questions.
Work with statistical packages to conduct basic bi-variate and advanced multi-variate analyses to address business / research questions.
Identify appropriate data sub-sets or segments from larger parent databases for segment-based analytics.
Develop expertise in proprietary databases and syndicated data sources to pull data accurately as needed to answer business / research questions.
Tools and Techniques:
Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.
Solid experience in working with cross-tabulation packages such as WinCross , SPSS.
Requirement:
Graduate / Post Graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience in Market Research companies.

4) Manager – Client Development (US)
Role:The incumbent would be responsible for growing and managing part of Cross-Tab's business from research and consulting firms.
Location: US.
Desired Profile: Minimum 3 years of Sales / Account management experience in Market Research services / online panel.
Strong exposure to pharmaceutical market research domain.
Good understanding of research operations and data collection methodologies.
Ability to consult with clients on research techniques and methodologies.
Ability to build new accounts and deepen ongoing relationships through consultative account management and project management.
5) Assistant Project Manager - NEBU
Key Responsibilities: Research execution
The incumbent should have a thorough knowledge and be a specialist in scripting simple/tracking/complex survey for both international & domestic clients, individually or as part of a team, using NEBU tool, so as to manage a team of Survey Programmers, Senior Survey Programmers and Team Leaders.
The incumbent will take ownership of the assigned project under the guidance of managers and will be responsible for the complete project delivery including regular interaction with the client over telephone / email. The job would involve structuring, scripting, quality checking, managing and delivering data / reports.
Will be responsible for managing projects independently and guiding team members on complex studies. Must be able to use Java & dot net knowledge ably into NEBU. Will be responsible for managing capacity and coordinating with the planning team. Mentor and set expectations of junior members. Will be responsible for the grooming of fresher recruits. Should set, drive and meet team targets. Will be responsible for the utilization and the productivity of the team and its members
Requirement: 5 + yrs. of experience Survey Programming using NEBU Platform and have handled complex studies in the last 2 year.
Preferably have knowledge of Java scripting and Dot Net. Knowledge of Flash would be an added advantage
Team handling experience with good leadership qualities. Should have experience of managing client account successfully with a team of 15+ members.
Graduate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in handling multi-country projects; Designing innovative add-on modules would be an added advantage

7) Manager - IT
Key Responsibilities: Servers Knowledge of server set-up. Understand various business application servers e.g. large Data, domain and back-up and infrastructure server setups
Proactively monitor and support all server issues for maximum uptime, Handle configuration and access issues, Manage backup and restoration processes
Networking
Assist in the planning and implementation of any additions, deletions and/or modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
Implements network security at the divisional level as established by the Management. Knowledge of various firewall systems a must
Require to have knowledge of Domain network
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure,
Ability to keep an eye on latest technical developments and suggest any improvement to the current infrastructure
Identify and provide standards for gathering information for use in analysis and reports information to company management.
Oversees the administration of the company's LAN.
Help Desk Administration
Will be responsible for training, guiding and mentoring team members
Respond to escalated help desk issues and oversee all help desk activities.
Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software.
Interact with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
Asset Management
Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.
Ensure that company assets are maintained and used responsibly.
Will be responsible for the inventory management systems
Knowledge of ISO standards would be an added value.
Internal Operations
Manage day-to-day internal client interaction
Set and manage internal client expectations.
Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Continually seek opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction
Approves team members' time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner.
Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
Complies with and helps to enforce standard IT policies and procedures.

VOICE
Manage and develop upgrades to the company's telephone system at the regional level.
Oversee all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.

8) Senior Executive – Visualization
Key Responsibilities: Research execution Designing Presentation materials / collaterals (PowerPoint)
Flash Animation knowledge (preferred)
Visualizers with excellent skill sets in Photoshop, illustrator, Corel draw, freehand and after effects
The incumbent would require interacting with the Clients regularly for creation of presentation templates, developing standards, etc.
Requirement:
Graduate with 2 – 4 years of experience
Experience of designing brochures / promotional flyers is preferred
Needs to have a graphic designing experience
Excellent English communication skills; written and verbal

9) Executive – Resourcing
Key Responsibilities: Managing end to end recruitments for various levels in Market Research; also specific profiles as assigned Creating active databank of MR / MR KPO industry profiles
Screen relevant profiles and coordinate with line managers for the further process. Conduct reference checks
Initiate drives for fresher recruitments
Responsible for pre & post joining formalities.

10) Assistant Project Manager – SPSS
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team of research analysts
“Go To” person for any research/analysis queries
Play consultative role for some of the clients
Can guide on pieces such as questionnaire designing, multi-variate analytic models, report writing, quality assurance etc.
Write proposals
Will be working with an existing team of Quantum/ SPSS/ WinCross analysts and be responsible for proposals, research activities, data processing tasks like data extraction, data checking & amp; cleaning, generating tables, creating banners, running significance tests, quality assurance-related tasks & preparing reports. Will also be responsible for assisting with process automation and improvements, using SPSS and advanced Excel tools like macros, pivot tables and the like to customize the outputs according to client’s needs. Would involve interacting with clients, understanding the client’s requirements and helping to make the engagements with clients a long-term one.
Requirement: 4+ yrs. of experience. M.Sc.(Maths/Statisti/Physics) / MBA would be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Advanced programming skills in Visual Basic / VBScript would be a plus. Should be able to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize work according to pre-set timelines
