CHF International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead a proposed, USAID-funded initiative in India focused on improving access for modern energy services. The program will provide access to affordable and efficient energy services to underserved communities which will promote economic growth, employment, investment, political stability, and an improved quality of life. The Program Director will be responsible for the principle implementation and management this program, ensuring that all goals and objectives are met on time and within budget. S/he will also provide technical support in energy sector development and energy microfinance when appropriate.

Qualifications:
    * Masters degree in natural resources and environment, energy, engineering, finance, economics, or a related field
    * 10+ years of experience leading, managing, and implementing complex international development projects
    * 5+ years of experience working in developing countries
    * Demonstrated experience in renewable energy enterprise development and microfinance field
    * Professional experience interacting with the U.S. Government agencies
    * Demonstrated experience working in partnership with international donors and agencies
    * Fluency in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of a local language preferred

This position will be based in Bangalore, India with frequent international travel
