Manager/Sr. Manager (NCROPS1.4)- Manages overall personnel, performance, and disci pline in the assigned area; Evaluation of operational practices and procedures;
- Provide direction to staff; ensure resolution of problems; sets priorities;
- Provide expertise and leadership in assigned functional area; Manage all client interaction and client communication. Should front end the relationship with the client; Sales (farming); Present to current and potential clients;
- Manage relationship with internal stake-holders and functions;
- Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity, and teamwork;
- Establish work loads and provide support in decision-making;
- Provide advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation / modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures;
- Responsible for attrition management and arranging for backfills on a timely basis
- Experience of Voice environment
- Ability to make quick, reliable decisions; Client interaction;
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of frontline supervisors (TL/DM/Lead etc.);
- Strong Knowledge of management principles and practices;
- Good Product Knowledge; Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stake holders;
- Develops comprehensive planning and project management.
