AM/DM (NCROPS1.3)
Manages overall personnel, performance, and discipline in the assigned area; Evaluation of operational practices and procedures;
Provide direction to staff; Ensure resolution of problems; Sets priorities;
Provide expertise and leadership in assigned functional area;
Manage relationship with internal stake-holders and functions;
Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity, and teamwork;
Establish work loads and provide support in decision-making;
Provide advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation / modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures;
Responsible for attrition management and arranging for backfills on  a timely basis.
Experience of Voice environment
Ability to make quick, reliable decisions; Client interaction;
Ability to supervise and manage a team of frontline supervisors (TL/DM/Lead etc.);
Strong Knowledge of management principles and practices;
Good Product Knowledge; Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stake holders;
Develops comprehensive planning and project management.
Experience- 4-6 yrs
