Essential Qualification & Experience for the Post.
Sl. No.1 & 2. - For the post of Professor-cum- Principal and Professor :
Essential
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with advanced specialisation in Nursing.
- Must be registered Nurse and Midwife.
- 10 years of experience in the Nursing field after registration as Nurse out of which seven years must have been spent in Nursing education after obtaining the prescribed postgraduate qualifications.

Sl. No. 3. - For the post of Associate Professor (Reader) :
Essential
- Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Total 7 years of experience with minimum of 3 years teaching experience.

Sl. No. 4. – For the post of Assistant Professor (Lecturer) :
Essential
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised Institution/University.
- Registered Nurse Midwife.
- Five years experience with a minimum of two years teaching experience in Nursing.

Sl. No. 5. - For the post of Tutor:
Essential
- B.Sc. Nursing Degree from a recognised Institution/University.
- Three years experience in Teaching Institution.
- The essential qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Selection Authority
