Key Responsibilities of the Role

•    Shall be responsible for entire taxation and statutory compliance of the Company.
•    Expense booking & review for tax computation, deduction & review.
•    Preparation, filing & payment of e-returns /tax with relevant authorities.
•    Verification and approval of low rate TDS certificate.
•    Ensuring Compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS
•    Calculation and compliance with Advance Tax Payment requirements

Job Title: Dy. Manager / Manager (Middle Office)

Will Report to: SVP Finance & CFO Eligibility
Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate with Finance Background
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a middle office of a financial institution. For Higher Grade, more years of experience will be required.
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibility of the role
•    Candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to work closely with all business stakeholders in the front/ middle/ back offices Ability to understand and assess problems, then devise and present solutions
•    Working across the Risk Management function, including Market, Credit, Liquidity and Operational Risk, and understand and collate the IT solution requirements for risk reporting and control
•    Implementation and review of Asset and Liability matching and other Investment Policy guidelines
•    Regular Limits Monitoring and Exception reporting and reporting on movement of prices.
•    Working with the core IT Programme team to review and approve detailed functional specifications and high level technical design elements to ensure they meet the business requirements from initial design through development, testing and implementation
•    Very strong analytical skills and process-orientated mindset
•    Conduct periodic review for all companies in the portfolio

Job Title: Dy. Manager /Manager/ Sr. Manager (Re/Co- Insurance Settlement)
Will Report to: Vice President (Finance & Accounts)
Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate with Finance Background /MBA(Finance)
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reinsurance settlement / accounting. For Higher Grade, more years of experience will be required.
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibility of the role
•    Carry out the outward and inward reinsurance process in line with the guidelines and policies of the company
•    Liaison with Reinsurance Department. Handle queries from various departments around the settlement status for various treaties Accounting
•    Ensure proper accounting of Re/Co-insurance premium receivable/ payable, Commission & brokerage, Claims recoveries & foreign exchange payments (RI).
•    Compile a defined plan to carry out and apply best practice process to control and improve the outward and inward reinsurance books of accounts.
•    Adequate knowledge of Re/Co-Insurance Guidelines/PE Certificates/Double taxation Agreements.
•    Produce monthly reinsurance documents, Claim recovery schedule and treaty summary
•    Review treaty settlements, statistics, related reports and reinsurance details including profit commission/Brokerage calculations,
•    Respond to inquiries from re/co-insurers, reinsurance brokers, auditors and participating companies
