Qualifications & Experience for the Posts at Sl.No. :
01. Fellow/Associate member of the ICSI. Minimum 15/12 years post qualification experience as a Company Secretary in a PSU/large concerns preferably in Mining sector, having exposure in the areas like Personnel, Administration, etc. Persons having exposure of working in listed companies will be preferred.
02. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University/recognized Institution. Minimum 12/09 years post qualification working experience in maintenance of underground equipments / mineral processing equipments in a reputed mining company. The candidate would have thorough knowledge of maintenance of Winders/ Crushers/Ball Mills/ Filters etc.
03. Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a University/recognised Institution. Minimum 12/09 years post qualification working experience in the fields of Metal Mine, Mineral Beneficiation plants, VVVF Drives, D.C. Speed controls through Thyristor Converters and PLC, Control Systems, H.T & L.T. Motors, Switchgears, Operation and Maintenance of EHV upto 132 KV Switchyards and Substations.
04. Degree in any discipline with 02(two) two years full time recognised PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, Labour/Social Welfare, IR or MBA with specialisation in Personnel Management. Degree in Law is desirable. Minimum 12/09 years of post qualification experience in any PSU/large organisation dealings in matter relating to Labour, Industrial Relations/community welfare & General Administration.
05. B.Tech/B.E.(Computer Sc.) ‘OR’ MCA from any university or recognized institution. Minimum 12 years post qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU/large concerns preferably in Mining & Processing, having exposure in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting and finalization of Accounts and Taxation. He should have worked in computerized environment and have knowledge of ORACLE, Database & preparation of forms and reports.
06. Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or MCA or Graduation with Mathematics with 10 years of exposure in the area of OMMS, Pay Roll, Oracle Base, Financial Accounting (OLFAS), Depreciation and Provident Fund with able to work on AIX (IBM UNIX), ORACLE 8i/9i/10g, D2K, Pro Cobol/Pro C.
