Area	Eligibility /Educational Qualifications	Age limit*	Experience requirement
Business Development	Graduation from a recognized University with 2 years full time course of MBA with specialization in Marketing from any recognized University/Institution.	25-32 years	Should have at least two years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Technology	Full time course of B.E. / B. Tech. (Mechanical/ Civil/ CSE/ IT/ Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication) /MCA	25-32 years	2 years post qualification experience in the relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualification in Management/ BEE certification/ Computer programming.
Finance & Accounts	Graduation from a recognized University with CA/ICWA OR 2 years full time course of MBA with  specialization in Finance from any recognized University/ Institution	25-32 years	Should have at least two years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
