This is a senior management level position and requires strong Leadership qualities to derive P&L of the Unit responsible. To develop and drive long term and short term revenue growth strategies, ensure the business is profitable and to meet growth objectives, compiling budgets and forecasts, build high performance teams.
Qualifications: Candidates should be B.E / B. Tech. and PG. Degree/ Diploma in Management from a recognized Institute or University. He should have knowledge in Computer operations.
Experience: Candidates should possess 25 years hands on experience in Plant operation, maintenance and in strategic planning & execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management is essential. Should have worked as Plant Head at least for 5 years in manufacturing industry in all functional areas of management.
Sr. Manager / Manager (Marketing)
For its new Marketing Offices in (i) Mumbai, (ii) Pune, (iii) Ahmedabad, (iv) Kolkata, (v) Bhopal, (vi) Raipur, (vii) Lucknow, (viii) Patna, (ix) Ranchi, (x) Guwahati and (xi) Jharsuguda (Odisha). This is the middle management level position and requires strong Leadership qualities to explore new and develop markets and focus on Customer services.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess Graduation and PG Degree / Diploma in Management from a recognized Institute or University. He should have knowledge in Computer operations.
Experience: Candidate should possess 10-15 years experience in Marketing preferably in Transformers or Electricals products. He should have exposure in (i) Development of annual marketing plan, (ii) Analysis of customer research, current market conditions & competitors information, (iii) Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity & results, (iv) Determine & deliver marketing activity within agreed budget and manage marketing budget, (v) Tendering, pricing & securing of new businesses & handling contractual matters, (vi) Customer liaison, pre-sales co-ordination, (vii) Spearhead Marketing operations excellence through establishment and / or improvement of policies and procedures, process to increase performance and customer service satisfaction, The candidate should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, problem analysis & problem- solving, formal presentation skills and Team work skills & ability to work well with all levels of management.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interviews shortly in Jan / Feb 2011.
