Application in Standard form of application along with all attested copies of certificate, mark sheets, experience etc. are invited for engagement on contractual basis for the following post of Integrated Disease Surveillance Project(IDSP) under National Rural Health Mission, Assam. The applicants shall have no claim in future for absorption in any Government Job. The applicant when selected will have to stay in the place of posting within 1(one) km. radius. Contractual engagement made shall not be transferable. The undersigned reserved the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.

1. Consultant (Training)-1 post
Qualification: Post Graduate in medical field preferable in Public health/Epidemiology/with minimum 5 years experience in training field.
Age : Below 50 years,
Salary: Rs-28,000 per month
Place of Posting: State Surveillance Unit, IDSP.

2. Entomologist-1 post
Qualification: M.Sc.(Zoology) with entomology as one of the subjects
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Vector Borne Disease Control programme.
Age: Below 40 years.
Salary: Rs 15,000/- to 25,000/- depending upon qualification.
Place of Posting: State Surveillance Unit, IDSP.

3. Epidemiologist-20 posts
Qualification: In order of preference either of the below:
(a) Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine /Public Health or Epidemiologist (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc.).
(b) Any Medical Graduate with 2 years experience in Epidemiology/Public Health
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in issues related to Public Health Programmes or Epidemiology.
Age: 40 years or below.
Salary: Rs 25,000/- to 40,000/- based on the educational qualification and experience.
Place of Posting: Any District of Assam

If selected, candidates have to sign a contract for 11 months and it may be renewed further based on performance assessment.
