Training Duration And Stipend: All the selected candidates for ET/ JET will undergo a 12 months training (extendable up to 24 months). PA (ITI) Trainee will undergo a 09 months training. If the performance of a candidate during training is not found satisfactory, his/ her selection shall be liable for cancellation. After successful completion of training, the candidates shall be given regular appointment in appropriate cadres of the Company. The Executive Trainee, Junior Engineer (Trainee) & Plant Assistant (ITI) Trainee shall be paid a fixed monthly stipend @ Rs.15,600/- , Rs. 9,300/- & Rs.5,200/- respectively during the training period.
