Non-Teaching Staff

Applications are invited on the prescribed form obtainable from the College from 10.00 a m. to 4.00 p.m. on all working days for the following posts in the pay scale as mentioned against each with usual allowances as permissible under University of Delhi rules.

1. Senior Personal Assistant (GROUP B)
Pay Scale:  Rs. 9300-34800 Grade Pay of Rs.46O0/-  
Age Limit: 35 years
Essential Qualification
1) Must have passed Bachelor's Degree examination from a recognised University of equivalent thereto.
2) Candidate Is required to qualify the test such as shorthand test (English) @100w.p.m. and typing test (English) @40w.p.m. to be conducted by the college.
3) External Candidate should have worked as Stenographer or Personal Assistant for a period of five years. OR
A minimum of five years in a position of equivalent or higher pay scale for internal candidate.
Desirable Qualifications: Preferably good knowledge of computer and Experience in Institution of higher education with proficiency in organizing meetings, drafting letter, Minutes, Resolutions and Liasoning Work.

2. Semi Professional Assistant
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200-Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-  
Age Limit: 35years
Essential Qualification
1) Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce or any discipline with 50% marks.
2) B.Lib.Sc. /B.LI.Sc. With 50% marks
3) Course in Computer application at Graduate or PG level or 6 months Computer Course from a recognized institution.
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Computer and Library Automation
