Qualification: First class graduate with ACS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience of working as a company secretary in a Public sector undertaking or reputed corporate body.
Scales of Pay: Rs. 36,200-1000/2-1100/2.
