Role synopsis: This role exists to guarantee Successful achievement of PCO IWS Sales and Gross Margin targets in an area and closely monitor the key operational matrices to maintain highest level of brand experience which we promise to the customers.

The arena for AME - IWS is Car Independent Workshops (IWS) in assigned towns in the Area.
Key accountability: Own the Volume, GMPL, Synthetic% targets,
• Maintaining throughput and synthetic percentage
• Handover conversation & taking docket from acquisition exe
• Ensure delivery of offer (including trade scheme and equipment )
• All Activations
• Outreach activities
• Training (welcome & refresher courses)
Business dev. For franchise through coaching
• Reporting of maintenance, Walks ins/ conversions/ weekly off take/ etc

KRAs for AME - IWS:
• Overall IWS Volume, Synthetic %, GMPL within a territory
• Monitoring key Matrices to evaluate customer satisfaction and alignment with agrees SOPs
• Activation
• Track Competition and develop in-depth regional market intelligence and suggest action plans.
• Cost efficiency
Essential criteria & qualifications: A minimum of 2 years in Sales/Marketing Role with exposure to workshop business. Exposure to Lubricants market in India will be an advantage. Candidates with exposure to customers across wide cross section will be preferred.
