Job Responsibilities
    * Effectively manage corporate relationships across developers, architects, Consultants and dealers. achieve complete customer satisfaction
    * Independently liaise with reputed organizations, Government offices & corporate clients
    * Independently handle sales contracts with retail, tech-parks, real estate & allied sectors 
    * Keep track of business  proposals & complete deal of products
    * Handle large sale contracts across various industries & sectors
    * Represent  company at  trade shows & promote corporate visibility 

2.  Area Manager HM&SL

Location – Bangalore -01, Chennai – 01
Role requires
Education
    * BE (Electricals) + MBA/Pg [preferred]
Experience
    * 8 – 12 yrs experience in Marketing and execution of Electricals projects
Skills
    * Strong ability to manage the task at hand and plan for the future
    * Interpersonal skills and skillful organization of tasks; ability to work with little or no supervision.
    * Excellent planning & execution skills
Job Responsibilities
    * Experience in various activities related to street lighting & high mast lighting.
    * Quoting for Tenders from different sectors.
    * Preparation of Budgetary Offer.
    * Preparation of Cost Sheet.
    * Depending on the requirements of tender, coordinating with different vendors & quotations for the products /Job.
    * Negotiating with the Vendors.
    * Placing the order to the vendors.
    * Site investigation and Survey
    * Follow up with the vendors for the Supply/ Job done.
    * Coordinating with different branch offices & also HO.
    * Coordinating with consultants & clients as per their requirement & involved in checking the BOQ & SLD 

3. Area Manager South

Location – Bangalore
Role requires
Education
    * Graduate/ B.E. + MBA [Preferred]
Experience
    * Minimum 05 Yrs in sales, from same location
Preferable Exposure:
    * Small Appliances, Electronics, Watches, Thermo ware, Crockery, Luggage industry or any other consumer durables
Skills
    * Strong analytical abilities
    * Strong ability to manage the task at hand and plan for the future
    * Interpersonal skills and skillful organization of tasks;

Purpose:
    * To manage the Sales, Channel, stocks, debtors and customer satisfaction with the objective of achieving the larger objectives of the organization.
Functions:
    * To prepare a distribution plan for the Region as per the Channel policy. Select and appoint distributors for respective territories.
    *        To generate Sales through the Sales team consisting of Sales Executives and Distributors Sales Representative.
    *        To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors and ensure long term channel capability per terms and policy.
    *        Sales forecasting and task setting per market
    *        To establish stock norms per distributor per market and ensure stock levels as per the same.
    *   Monitoring market trends and competition activity per market and providing feedback.

4. AGM / DGM Supply chain

Role requires
Education
    * B.E. + MBA / SCM
Experience
    * 12- 16 yrs
Skills
    * Strong knowledge of Supply chain management process within Consumer Goods
    * Vendor management & costing experience
    * Well versed with SNOP, Demand planning, SCM Systems
    * Strong ability to manage the task at hand and plan for the future
    * Interpersonal skills and skillful organization of tasks
    * Strong analytical abilities

Job Responsibilities
    * Handle the complete / end to end supply chain management function for the corporate group services
    * Should have strong exposure to SCM systems, plan & strategize the Integration of business processes.
    * Strong exposure to Demand planning, Inventory management & Vendor management
    * To strategize day to day operations of logistics,supply chain, procurement and sourcing
    * Vendor / supplier management & capacity planning as per the production plan.
    * The finished product manufactured has a large number of components involving intricacies in the supply chain function – related exposure would be helpful
    * Work with Sales and planning team to develop and validate forecasts.
    * Review sales data, new customer data, new products introduction, promotions and various other sales/marketing activities to meet customer and business unit demands not included in the overall forecast.
    * Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management

5. AGM / DGM/ GM Purchase
C.t.c : - 15-18 lac
Location : -Mumbai
Education
    * B.E in Electrical / Mechanical
    * P.G in Materials management from recognized institute
Experience
    * 10-15 yrs – relevant, in similar industry
Skills
    * Strong ability to manage the task at hand and plan for the future
    * Hands on experience with vendor development and quality inspection.
    * Assertive team leader with ability to manage team dynamics to deliver highest individual and team productivity.
    * Strong analytical, negotiation and troubleshooting skills. Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

Job Responsibilitie
    * Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability, quality and terms of sales.
    * Must have handled procurement on Copper, Aluminum & Plastic .
    * Monitoring processes as well as implementing VA/VE initiatives [Value Analysis & Value. Engineering] to achieve standardization & reduce costs.
    * Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
    * Control purchasing department budgets, review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
    * Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
    * Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
    * Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
    * Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
    * Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
    * Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
    * Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
    * To oversee that all the statutory compliance relates to his department are complied with
    * Generated substantial savings in concluding procurement contracts with deft application of planning and negotiation skills.
