Andhra Pradesh Mahila Samatha Society (APMSS) is women centred Educational Programme, mobilizing women for empowerment. The programme facilitates rural women's initiatives for change. APMSS is part of Mahila Samakhya Project of Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD.
We are looking for highly motivated women to work in the programme on contractual basis. Applications are invited.
1. Accounts Officer at State Office (Hyderabad) Responsible for handling the accounts section, leading the accounts team, Assisting SPD in accounts related responsibilities, Monitoring funds position, Communicating with National Office and all other concerned, Co-ordinating with the auditors.
Honorarium: Rs. 16,000/-to Rs. 20,000/-
2. Accountant at State Office (Hyderabad) Maintenance of Cash book, ledger and JVs, Cash transactions, Verification of bills, Assisting the Accounts Officer in preparation of Audit report, preparation and finalization of Annual budget, Internal audit for every quarter, Extending support to District units. Honorarium: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.16,000/-
Essential Qualifications: • Post graduation in Commerce, minimum five years’ experience in handling accounts independently for Post 1 and three years’ experience for maintaining accounts for Post 2; or Graduation with Eight years’ experience in handling accounts for post 1 and five years’ experience for post 2. • Functional knowledge in computers (MS Office, Word, Excel & Power point in particular) • Knowledge in Tally package • Experience in auditing for post 1; Knowledge of audit procedures related norms for Post 2
