Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with MBA (HR/PM&IR)/ P. G Diploma / Degree (2 years full time course in Personnel Management & IR) or MSW / DSW from any recognized University or reputed Institute approved by AICTE / IIMs / XLRI / IISWBM. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
Experience : 15 years (post qualification) for Sr.Manager (Pers & Admn)/ 20 years (post qualification) for Dy. General Manager (Pers & Admn) or more in management position in a large Engineering/Power Generation/Distribution organization in a professional environment with experience in handling IR matters
3) Senior Manager (Legal)/ Dy. General Manager (Legal).
